Summer Camp Schedule Request

General Guidelines – Please read carefully before making your selections:
 
  1. This is a schedule request form. Our scheduler will confirm with you via email once the schedule is finalized. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.
  2. All students are required to attend at least two days per week, for a minimum of one hour each day. This is necessary to reinforce skills and ensure steady progress each week.
  3. Students entering Grade 4 and above are welcome to attend for two hours at a time. This allows us to cover more than one subject (e.g. language arts and math) and make much more progress during the short summer break.
  4. For Students entering K-3 , we can blend Reading, Writing, and Math if you would like. 
  5. Students are welcome and encouraged to attend more than two days. The more days the more progress we can make.

    If your students are entering 9th Grade or above, please list the specific math and science classes (E.g. Algebra 1, Chemistry, etc.) they will take in school this fall. We have special summer bridge programs to give students an important foundation and head-start on these courses.

    Summer Camp programs begin: June 16th at ACE Carlsbad and June 23rd at ACE San Marcos. Please List any known absence dates below:
