Fall Schedule Request Form - Carlsbad

Please review this information before requesting your schedule:

  • All students are required to attend at least two different days each week. The purpose is to provide sufficient repetition in order to reinforce key skills.

  • For K-3 students, twice a week for an hour each day should be adequate.

  • For students who are covering multiple subjects, plan to attend twice a week for two hours each day.

  • All students are welcome to add a 3rd day if they wish.
